With property owners / seekers When you express interest in a listing, limited contact details (name and phone number) are shared with the relevant owner or seeker to facilitate communication.

Service providers We work with trusted third-party services for cloud hosting (MongoDB Atlas), image storage (Cloudinary), and email delivery. These providers process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

We take security seriously. Passwords are hashed before storage. Sensitive API communications are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We restrict access to personal data to team members who need it.
